  1. I did an agile retrospective with my choir over the weekend. Of course I didn't call it that. But it's a fantastic way of reflecting on performance and setting the goals for the future in a balanced and anonymous way, involving everyone.

      Armed with post-it notes and Sharpies, we reflected on the good stuff that we all get out of choir and that we love, as well as what we could do even better. Some great ideas came out of it and raised some issues we'd never picked up on.

        I think it's pretty interesting how concepts you might consider to be tech things apply just as well to non-technical scenarios.
