        1. I really wish Slack could display a banner at the top of a channel that was big enough that people actually saw it. It’s a constant struggle to get people to post in the right channel, because the channel description is so tiny and hidden that nobody looks at it

        Workflows are one way, but if you don’t want to restrict posting to the channel it doesn’t always work

      From my years working at a cinema trying to stop people walking into a screen with a sign on the door saying “please wait to be seated”, I know that people Just Don’t Read. But there has to be a better way!
