      1. Time off update: time off is good. I actually had the energy to make a fancy lunch yesterday and alter some dresses, when usually the thought of getting the sewing machine out seems too much effort.

    I found it quite hard to get out of the mindset of “I must use this time off productively”. What I really needed was to recharge, and if that means sitting in my PJs playing video games until midday so be it

      The side effect of this is that towards the end of the week I actually *wanted* to do the productive things like sewing or making music. Rest works, folks
