    CarolSaysThings stecodes As someone who used to work at JL, there’s pros and cons: Added Care (their version of AppleCare) is cheaper, customer service is excellent BUT I had to get my MBP repaired due to kernel panics and it took them ages. I couldn’t take it to Apple Store, had to go through JL.
