      tlakomy Are you talking about today’s main character? Working hard is definitely the thing to do, but that doesn’t equate to working weekends. I have never worked a weekend in my entire career and I attribute a lot of my success to maintaining a good work-life balance

    tlakomy I worked hard by doing the work I was given and asking for more/going out to find stretch opportunities when it was clear I wasn’t going to get the work I needed in my various poorly-structured graduate placements. Made a name for myself because of those “side gigs”
