    1. I often feel pressured to do more "technical" blog posts and talks to prove myself as an engineer - people often assume I'm a junior dev or "just learning react".     That's not to say I won't try and do "technical" talks, but we shouldn't downplay the other skills that make up a good, well-rounded engineer.
